I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving (for my Americans) or just a beautiful weekend (for everyone else). Mine was lovely, full of food, family, friends, and a few other indulgences.

I already knew I was going to have a busy weekend… but then I said yes, to basically every outing suggested, so I went out way more nights than I had initially anticipated. I don’t regret anything, but I am ready to turn my focus onto myself and my health, now that I have some free time.

Let’s talk about a few easy detox options that you can do after you’ve indulged. None of these ideas are drastic. They would all be a great addition to your self care routine once in a while.

  1. Lemon Water
  2. Dry Brushing
  3. Green Tea (while avoiding caffeine and alcohol)
  4. Drink more water
  5. Exercise
  6. Try a detox smoothie recipe
